3. No Legal Advice or Legal Representation

All legal assistant services, drafting support, case management support, and LPO deliverables are provided strictly as administrative, operational, and non-attorney support for licensed attorneys, law firms, and corporate legal departments.
Clients are solely responsible for exercising independent professional legal judgment, supervising all tasks, reviewing and verifying all work product, ensuring accuracy, and approving all documents before filing, serving, executing, or submitting them to courts, clients, or third parties.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of staffing placements, ongoing services, platform access, or project deliverables.
Intellectual Property
- Website IP: All content, designs, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and materials on thelegalize.com are the property of The Legalize Corp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability

We do not own, control, or warrant third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, configuring security permissions, and complying with the respective terms of service for those third-party providers.
We are not liable for outages, security breaches, data loss, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate website access or engagement communications at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.
Termination of formal client staffing or service contracts shall be governed by the specific termination provisions contained in the applicable Master Service Agreement, Staffing Agreement, or Statement of Work. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
